Notary Services

As a Green Belt Bank & Trust customer, you have access to notary services at all locations.The majority of requests for notary service involves the signing of documents.  The signer and any other witnesses must be present with the notary for the notarization to be legal.  The notary will examine the document(s).  The notary will need to positively identify the signers of the document, so you may be asked to show a form of identification. There could be circumstances that the notary is unable to notarize documents.  Some of those reasons are as follows:
